Hey there! I'm Sam, and I've called Choctaw Beach home for most of my life. I started Sam's Softwash because I saw a need in our community - too many homeowners were struggling with dirty exteriors and didn't know who to trust.
After years of working in the industry and learning from the best, I decided to start my own business built on the values I believe in: honest pricing, quality work, and treating every home like it's my own.
What started as just me and a pressure washer has grown into a trusted local business serving hundreds of homes across Walton County. But no matter how much we grow, one thing stays the same - I'm still involved in every project, and I still answer my own phone.
